• Ronald E. Soderling

  Mr. Soderling is the senior member of Resco and has been a developer/owner in the Southern California real estate market since 1965. His development experience ranges from high-end apartments and luxury condominiums in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Pasadena and Beverly Hills, to developing over 1,000,000 square feet of business parks.
  Mr. Soderling holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Woodbury University, as well as an honorary Doctorate Degree from Woodbury. He serves as a Trustee for both Woodbury University and Chapman University.

• Mark McLoone

  Business Strategy, Administration and JV Partner Liaison
  Prior to joining Resco, Mr. McLoone was President – Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Wax Development Corporation where he developed and implemented a successful plan of restructuring and liquidating a $940 million real estate investment and development company.
  He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Commerce and Finance.

  Mr. Biram brings over 20 years of real estate management expertise. Mr. Biram graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Memphis.
  
  
• Douglas P. Simpson

  Prior to joining Resco, Mr. Simpson was Owner/Managing Principal of Bayshore Companies, a full service real estate development, construction and property management company developing projects in Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. Bayshore’s projects included office and medical buildings, apartment and single family residential, neighborhood shopping centers and industrial park land sales.
  Mr. Simpson earned both his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and MBA at University of Southern California.
  
  
• Jeffrey L. Weber

  Prior to joining Resco, Mr. Weber served as Chairman/CEO of J.L.W. Equities, Inc., a commercial real estate development and investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of retail, general office and medical office buildings. Mr. Weber previously worked as a sales professional with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (now CB Richard Ellis); and as Director of Leasing and Marketing and Associate Development Partner with SDC Development, a major Southern California developer of neighborhood and community shopping centers.
  Mr. Weber graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
  
  
• Stanley P. Cook

  Prior to joining Resco, Mr. Cook was National Sales Manager and Special Projects Manager to Landiscor Aerial Information. He brings 23 years of commercial brokerage experience in the Phoenix real estate market to Resco.
  Mr. Cook received his Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
